I had a phone conversation with David about the case, but he is to busy to
hold my hand. If someone with more time and knowledge would like to assist,
then maybe we can make it happen.

I have heard from David Straight, that he files a lawsuit with the US Court of
Claims and asks ONLY for a Declaratory Judgement that the State Actors have
waived their immunity, and the Court of Claims gives him the Declaratory
Judgment and remand it to the Circuit court, and the checks start to roll in.

They ignored everything as usual. On the day of the trial the judge locked
himself in his office and refused to face me. The prosecutor kept trying to
reschedule, but I i said I was ordered to be here today, and I am ready to go.
So, Mr. prosecutor was shaking and stuttering and ran to the back to talk to
the Judge. He said the judge was to busy to see me today. I said The Judge
failed to appear, so I am claiming this case closed. They did send me a notice
of a new date which I ignored and did not appear. They issued 4 warrants that
were there for four years. All the officers know me and my truck and would
follow me but would never pull me over. According to the administrating
procedures act, I can take my paperwork to any state judge or clerk of the
court and get a default judgement without any litigating. I have not been able
to find a judge willing to do that. None of the players have a bond, so I can't
go after that. They all operate under a city insurance policy. I went and
talked with their loss litigation dept and showed them my paperwork. Their
response, bring me a judgement and I will wright you a check.I don't know how
to proceed from here. We are up to 20 million dollars right now. Anyone who
knows how to close this case and collect, it will be worth half of what I
collect....Any takers?
