I believe there's two district courts: district court of the united states,
article 3 court, and united states district court, article 1 or2 what ever
it is.

right is what came back. Yes, just a blank space between what one would
normally see V. I've got to decide if I'm to really petition the United
States of America for that Congress to battle with the United States? What
is it telling me? I know that USOA goverment exists. Is that where we
should really be petitioning? Tell me your thoughts.
