Haven’t heard from them since, and they haven’t stopped my friend in the
City since either. It was a once a month thing before that. He runs a
service truck (garbage) recycling glass, and they were making all waste
haulers get in permit (400 $ a year) to come into the city. He is the only
one that never got one. If you have proof they are violating it, make it
known you know how to shut down their business, Go into federal court and
nail them.
