Affadavit unrebutted is truth? Even after the case is closed an affadavit can
be rebutted to be proven wrong. Creating perjury for the one who created the
affadavit will be judged by law. Fraud would also be involved. On Mar 31, 2021,

I've read that an affidavit is heresy until you testify to its truth in court.

Does anyone remember the Federal rule about an unrebutted Affidavit of Truth
being entitled to Judgment as a matter of fact and law after so many days of
being unrebutted???
I thought it was Rule 56, but I'm having a hard time putting all the pieces
together….
Dealing with County refusing to put their evidence validating jurisdiction on
the record when challenged… and my Affidavits going unrebutted…… just ignored.
Any thoughts?
Thanks!
