Challenge, what is it? Government claims jurisdicton from get go. The court
procedure is the opponent has to bring enough evidence to show doubt. How about
showing law that they do not have jurisdicton? Article 1, section,8, clause 17.
Note they have to prove that they got jurisdiction and cannot do it. They have
to show that you caused their property injury. So do not paint the court
building or chain the police car axle to the lamp pole.
