all my titles were stolen.. none of the conveyances were currently
registered..and several were purchased in cash (private party) 2 were
never registered to me...(or an entity of mine) ..One title signed off in
front of a notary.. Montana state and another just signed handed title
to me.(a different state)..5 yrs ago.. with Bill of Sale . on a trailer..
which has been on private property and not on the roads..All titles
stolen...so i have no Proof except possession. that 2 were sold to me..
because i never registered those 2 ...
I suppose i could ask the State Registration for a duplicate title on the
2 previously registered 4 yrs ago in Montana but i am sure they will want
all the past years registration PAID! to get it.. but then what if i go
to sell any? and no title ? all are 18-21 yrs old models. well cared
for..
I did get stopped in one auto that had *never* been registered to me after
i bought it and the cop did run the vin# to check if it was stolen or
what..and my story checked out so it is in their data base on that one
conveyance... I got 6 tickets that day..one for *not* taking off the old
plates.. others no insurance, no DL, no reg. etc i forget what else.. but
no injured party.
so now on the tickets; i am going to try what was mentioned in another
thread about 1817 letter to the court clerk (or judge?) jurisdiction
notice. These 2 cases are back yrs ago..and on the fake Warrant list. for
the city for traffic non payment .. appearance etc..
Thank you for the Conveyance Bonds posted.. I'll check them out.. since
you cant get insurance without a DL..and reg.
