Charley, shouldn't it be united States of America and should United States
citizen be UNITED STATES Citizen? Kind of clarifying exactly what jurisdiction
you are or arent in? I also want to know if someone can be employed by the
government (UNITED STATES citizen) and still correct their status or do they
have to wait til they are no longer employed by gov? I ask because my dad works
as a civilian contractor through the department of defense as a high voltage
electrician on bases. I told him hed probably have to wait, but I'm not
completely sure if it matters and maybe I'm overthinking things.
