Just because it's written, doesn't make it so....The name you use can only be
fictional in the public in which the state owns....or what's the remedy?

Here is the basic and I'll add explanations and other topics to this.

I'll dig up later what the papers look like that creates two courts because
that is the objective. Your case number at County level is your evidence they
violated the law and jurisdiction and that is your claim and requires
restitution. It is also the crimes committed. Treason for violating
jurisdiction. Counterfeiting is their paperwork. Privateering is pillage of
taking property.

Once the court is opened and the two courts are revealed the other side cannot
speak. Just tell nobility titles have no standing in the court and are you
trying to cause harm by the other court. So you end up with default judgement
because no one comes to appear in the court. At that point you submit an order
to the clerk to do your remedy. Put a line on the bottom with the judges name
below. Judge or whatever signs it and is over. Remember that judges have the
liberty to commit crimes and your duty to file when he does. Good luck

Of what? Succumbing in every battle? Sometimes it's a battle to clean out a

It is called basic knowledge.....if you don't want to listen or be
informed...that is your business...simply don't respond at any level.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a
hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory
gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor
yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

I would have a hard time ever trusting attorneys.  Why would you want to have
anything to do w/them?
