Are your two friends squeamish about establishing their citizenship under their own authority, by the common Law? If Dred Scott had simply offered that he was a Citizen described by the Declaration of Independence, as "we", would the Supreme Court have been able to say "sorry, you aren't allowed to be a "we"?

"...at the Revolution, the sovereignty devolved on the people; and they are

truly the sovereigns of the country, but they are sovereigns without subjects..

with none to govern but themselves; the citizens of America are equal as fellow

citizens, and as joint tenants in the sovereignty."

CHISHOLM v. GEORGIA (US) 2 Dall 419, 454, 1 L Ed 440, 455 @DALL 1793 pp. 471-472.

I like to use the word "authority" these days because too many People seem to believe that they don't have any. Just because too many have un-handed it.

Ok but using passport? So it would have to be done completely
different than moonshinestill guy explains for us to do it. Or does he
just do a different type of a corporate denial? Or send an affidavit
with passport application using what arguments? The non corporation
living man I assume and what else?

Hey everyone. I have a question.... 2 friends of mine want to
correct
their citizenship but were not born in this country.
One immigrated and became a u.s. citizen slave at some point not
knowing a better option, probably naturalized ( Idk how all that
works
but ill ask for specifics if needed)
-Can he become a state citizen and shake the 14th amendment c.
status?

-Is there a way he can do the passport with no bc from the u.s.
-And if so, does anybody know how he would go about filling it out
because none of that guys instructions will work or even apply in
his
case.

The other born in the netherlands to foreign mother,  military
father
stationed there...she  has an American birth certificate and they
did
make her a u.s. cestui que trust fiction slave just like us
through
the father. But wasn't born on American soil.
- can she do the passport and will anything need to be different?

Also same corporate denial we did won't work for the one because
the
lineage won't go back to the colonies.

And same may go for her because her American dad is also black so
she
could trace his ancestors they were probably slaves and negates
the
free white Christian pedigree portion and birthright.

If anybody has experienced this or knows what they need to do both
are
very serious about it and about saving our country and would sure
appreciate finding out anything we can about it. Thanks
