is a quick way but not the full way.
also you have to FILL out the ds 11 correctly and will want that explanatory
statement ALSO the goal ultimately is to get filled correctly the statement
and then b. is to get 5 stars. 4 will do but 5 be top-notch. That usually
happens with the explanatory statement with the ds11 when you go to turn it in.
