Nelson, i believe you are reading the statute wrong, but that matters not, as
the statute is most likely unbonded and has no enabling clause giving it life,
and as we know, punctuation is everything, for the statute to read right, there
would have to be a comma after the term or word of art 'automobile', and I
would have to see a court case interpretating the statute to be read in that
light to give it any weight
