Hi - I remember reading someone here say that they put a $500k lien on
their own property (via a friend - while also having the removal of the
lien in hand for when they wanted to remove it)...to avoid any other
entity getting in first position with a lien.
My friend is in the position where he might need to do something like
that - due to a health situation. Just a safety measure for him to be
in first position on any liens.
Does this sound familiar to anyone and/or does anyone have a lien
document sample document that might work to be recorded (or where to
find one)?
