Now let me add a parallel line of thought simpatico with healthcare/deathcare.
The Social Darwinist (1870s) believed in Eugenics, Scientific Racism, the Rich 
have the rightto exploit the masses being genetically superior as allegedly 
evinced by their superior wealth (Survival of the Fittest), that humanity 
should be bred like livestock and the rights of the individual were subordinate 
to those of the community. Social Darwinists also said the humanity is a single 
social organism. In Short, the masses are just expendable worker bees, with no 
rights, who exist only to serve the hive community as directer by the wealthy 
king and queen bees.
But the masses rejected Social Darwinism and its evil agenda. But the Social 
Darwinists were not to be denied. They rebranded as UK Fabian Socialist (1884), 
US Progressives (1890s), and the German NAZIs (1920s)
The US Progressives decided they would follow the UK Fabian Socialists 
recommended method of revolution. Rather than traditional violent warfare, they 
would engage in an unconventional revolution by slow, covert infiltration over 
generations so no one generation would notice enough change to resist, revolt 
or mount a counter-revolution.
They created the unconstitutional 4th Branch of Government aka Administrative 
State circa 1913 to spearhead this unconventional revolution.
This unconventional revolution continues to this day and is now worldwide.

Which brings us to Progressives fascination with healthcare.
Quite simply, Obamacare is the first incremental step to the Progressives 
Eugenics Program.
