want to say “record” and get 5-7 legit certified copies . You must properly
serve, publish and then you can make it a court of record. This is so the

Commerce? Is an government employee using a Vechicle. Like a police car, dog
catcher Vechicle, city trash truck, or street cleaner. Has absolutely
nothing to do with wo/man hauling steel, grain, passengers, and driving for
a living or traveling for pleasure.
That is why jurisdiction matters. Instead of the supreme court or any court
establishing jurisdicton they prefer to use tricky, confusing words to
commit fraud to hide the truth from man and create their infants. Otherwise
the courts would have no legitimate business.
The Constitution grants government the right to keep peace. But it has gone
too far. For now if one says they are a sovereign citizen which is oxymoron
that the government created and so what does one expect. Just the same the
word is defined as a terrorist and see you next year, maybe, for a court
appearance. Under the pretense of keeping peace amongst the people
government creates laws. The very reason tolerance, patience, and
acceptability to people in a hurry, dreaming of work or their child instead
of driving is needed to have more liberty.
