the record, you can't appeal because you
didn't put your objections on the record.

themost important thing you need to do is honestly assess the facts before
decide your next move.

My fiancé is currently being held in jail on contempt without a bail & is being
held in solitary because he refuses to take the jab and or a test for COVID. He
was arrested at court on the 12th of July for standing up for himself as they
were forcing a public defender on him. Once he was arrested, they continued
like nothing happened and began a jury trial WITHOUT his presence. After
objecting to the jury trial requiring a trial by jury all has been ignored.
They managed to find him Guilty on the 16th and set his sentencing date last
Monday. It was postponed till Wednesday then postponed again till the 12th of
August. i don’t know why they are postponing it they are stating that he is
refusing to go to court. which is a lie. i speak to him daily and he is in
custody he has no choice on what he does.
We have sent several judicial complaints and bar complaints on everyone who has
done wrong. That seems to have made everyone hate him even more. Last time he
was arrested at the courthouse for refusal to wear a mask they held him in
solitary for 30 days for not taking a shot and held him with a half a
million-dollar bail!!!!!
i could go on and on regarding how corrupt these officials have been.
We have made the record in the courtroom and have sent many many notices, but
everything is ignored.
If you have any idea on how i could move forward. Can i bring this to the
Supreme Court, do i wait for final judgement to file an appeal, or is there
something that can be done since we have 2 weeks before he is sentenced?
I would appreciate any advice you may have. I can give you more information if
needed. i didn’t want to overwhelm you with a long story. please feel free to
