I just want to remind everyone of 5 things.
1) Our Country was founded upon Natural Law (Law of Nature, Paragraph 1,
Declaration of Independence);
2) You have the unalienable Natural Right to Establish Truth for yourself using
your own observations and reasoning (9th Amendment);
3) Our Founders emphasized the need for full, fair, free, and vigorous debate
to all the masses enough perspectives (observations) on each issue that they
could establish the truth for themselves. The Founder's had heated arguments
and een bar brawls as they worked on the Declaration of Independence;
4) They don't teach important First Principles of America in the schools under
Progressive Common Core;
5) Judges and Lawyers will NOT provide answers in public forums nor in casual
conversation, without payment and even then they lie...
So, Thank you both Paul and Charley....
Let us not forsake truth by becoming a mutual admiration society....
Let us fully, fairly, freely and vigorously debate the truth...
So we can all go forward with a common perspective of reality as we work to
restore the Constitution, Natural Law, the Rule of Law, the unalienable Natural
Rights of the Individual,the sovereignty of WE THE PEOPLE; all aka Restoring
the Republic.
Feelings are going to get hurt, but we must remember, the TRUTH will set us all
free.
Again, thank you both, Paul and Charley....
It is only those who are willing to take the risk of being found wrong, that
allows us to ESTABLISH TRUTH.
A bunch of pusillanimous cowards will NOT restore the Republic.
As I said, the Founders fought like cats and dogs, but united to create the
foundational document thatresulted in the greatest country to date in the world.
Keep fighting the good fight, fellow patriots.

ARGUMENT
XXXX is a State National pursuant to Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17 of the

Harlan. Downes v. Bidwell, 182 U.S. 244 1901
As a State National, XXXX' orders that the government maintained by Congress
outside and independent of the "organic social compact Constitution" instrument
is Null and Void pursuant to Marbury vs Madison.
"All Laws repugnant to the Constitution are Null and Void" Marbury vs Madison,
5 US (2 Cranch) 137, 174, 176 (1803)
Pursuant to the organic social compact Constitution which is the Supreme Law of
the Land, XXX order this Court to decide these matters only upon the Supreme
Law of the Land.
As this Court receives its authority from the demonstrated Null and Void
Government, State National XXXS orders this matter be reconvened under a Court
and with a jury in compliance with the Organic Social Compact Constitution of
our Country.
Failing this Court abiding by this State Nationals Order to do so, this State
National XXXX order that these matters be heard in accordance, and resolved in
a manner consistent, with the Organic Social Compat Constitution.
NOTICE TO ALL The United States of America INHABITANTS, Failing this Court
abiding by State National XXX's order to recognize, proceed and abide by the
Organic Social Compact Constitution of our country, BE IT KNOWN TO YOU THAT

authority arises with the Organic Social Compact Constitution of our Country,
and with whom said Court has taken an oath to abide by, support and defend said
Constitution.

claims came from a man. Since fiat currency and Clearfield doctrine of 1943
they are private corporation and can be sued.
