I see a dl. As a credential to be used when I am engaged in commerce. As if
I were driving a work truck or profiting from a task while using a car or
truck. When I am not proffiting I do not believe I should have to have one.
Thoughts on the difference between working and playing. Or traveling and
operating in commerce

The question is if they have the right jurisdiction or individual. Are you
a United States property/citizen or are you a state national. They assume
you are citizen and till clarified you are what they say you are. You must
