Let's make something (or maybe a few things) _very cle__ar_ (or at least
[try to] clear a few things up) about the «rules» according to
«Legalese» language...:
① The «District of Columbia» entity is incorporated (just like all other
«State of» and «City of» entities).
② Incorporation makes said Incorporated Entity a Corporation.
③ Legalese, for the most part, only deals with Corporate-Policies.
I was about to describe ④ and beyond, but, attempting to explain it
turned out requiring a more seemingly long-winded explanation in order
to be /accurate/. Anyway, the «system» was /designed/ to be _deceptive_
(/intentionally/, and, from literal /centuries/ ago), hidden through
myriads of «compartmentalisations» so that the «useful-idiots»
would/will end up «committing crimes» whilst (falsely) believing that
they were/are «doing good for society» (due to their indoctrination that
«upholding the law» makes them «out-standing citizens» as-if though it
was something they should be «proud» of)... just know that the
«definitions» of the words according to one
«department/compartmentalisation» can and often does /differ/ from the
/next/ «department/compartmentalisation» which is why «need to know»
protocols make it so EASY to make all of the «useful-idiots» to commit
TREASON on a DAILY BASIS...

This form seems to be the short version of a revocation of election.
Which I have done.
Otherwise I would use this form it's from the government along
with the w4 I believe you put exempt on w-4 and this would be the
supporting document for that but like I say do your own research.

Curious...so when you give this to your employer in another
state/ federal enclave of DC, what are the questions that they
ask? Also do they just file these in their records or do the
employer submit these forms to an agency?

Instructions: Who must file a Form D-4A? If you are not
a resident of DC you must file a Form D-4A with your
employer to establish that you are not subject to DC
income tax withholding.
You qualify as a nonresident if: • Your permanent
residence is outside DC during all of the tax year and you
do not reside in DC for 183 days or more in the tax year. •
You are a service member’s spouse. Employees who are
residents of DC should file a Form D-4, DC Withholding
Allowance Certificate. What if your resident status
changes? If you become a DC resident any time after you
have filed a Form D-4A with your employer, you must file a
Form D-4 promptly so that the proper amount of DC income
tax can be withheld from your wages. How do you file the
Form D-4? After completing this form, give it to your
employer to keep on file.

Form D-4A Certificate of Nonresidence in the

If you work in the District of Columbia, but do
NOT live in the District of Columbia, you MUST

From Eeon's research, one form if you care to use.
