term "income" I found it strange that an agency that collects "taxes" does not
define it. I found Pollack vs Farmers Trust. The Supreme Court ruled that
"Income is gain or profit from CORPORATE Activity" - dividends from stockI do
not receive any gain or profit.And IRS uses parts of Title 27 to intimidate

petition #2 but using your personal information, signand mail Pages 2,3,4 and
5. Mail to the address on top of page 1 then throw itaway. Do not pay any
attention to what it reads.
If requested by the Court to pay a 60.00 dollar fee andyou feel it will get
you what you want. Go ahead and send it in.
The Thieves usually send a Notice of Lien to you County Clerkbut it is the
County Clerk that converts it to a real lien and makes afraudulent security
document out of it. The IRS always gets someone elseto do their dirty work.

1st get thepetition #2 off to the US TaxCourt.gov so you can receive a Federal
Court Orderstating the IRS has Lack of Jurisdiction. Make your copy with
yourinformation just exactly like the John Doe Petition example unless you wish
to use different years only.
Entering aCourt on your own. No matter what court you ever go into, 1st ask the
Court"Does this court have Jurisdiction over me" If they say yes, you ask"Can
you prove that".
If theycontinue forward and you know they do not have Jurisdiction you then
appeal thecase. If they do not have Jurisdiction the Appeals Court will throw
the caseout. Then you have a case against the Judge for Treason if you wish.
Becausethe Judge went forward without Jurisdiction and immediately left
himselfLIABLE.
"We(judges) have no more right to decline the exercise of jurisdiction which
isgiven, than to usurp that which is not given. The one or the other wouldbe
treason to the Constitution." Cohen v. Virginia,(1821), 6 Wheat. 264 and U.S.
v. Will, 499 U.S. 200."
