We have the most trouble helping people that insist on making this process
complicated. It is the most simple and sure way to stop the thieves I have ever
witnessed.
If you want to start winning then you have to get the final order document from
the US Tax Court that orders the IRS has lack of Jurisdiction. When you get
this you can then stand tall against all IRS thieves.
The only thing you fill out is Petition Form #2 made out exactly as John Doe
petition #2 but using your personal information, sign and mail Pages 2,3,4 and
5. Mail to the address on top of page 1 then throw it away. Do not pay any
attention to what it reads.
If requested by the Court to pay a 60.00 dollar fee and you feel it will get
you what you want. Go ahead and send it in.
The Thieves usually send a Notice of Lien to you County Clerk but it is the
County Clerk that converts it to a real lien and makes a fraudulent security
document out of it. The IRS always gets someone else to do their dirty work.
I am attaching some of the latest I have on Jurisdiction. Look, read and learn.
It takes about 15 minutes to fill out John Doe Petition #2 and is ready to
mail. I am attaching all that should help you understand.

1st get the petition #2 off to the US TaxCourt.gov so you can receive a
Federal Court Order stating the IRS has Lack of Jurisdiction. Make your copy
with your information just exactly like the John Doe Petition example unless
you wish to use different years only.
Entering a Court on your own. No matter what court you ever go into, 1st ask
the Court "Does this court have Jurisdiction over me" If they say yes, you ask
"Can you prove that".
If they continue forward and you know they do not have Jurisdiction you then
appeal the case. If they do not have Jurisdiction the Appeals Court will throw
the case out. Then you have a case against the Judge for Treason if you wish.
Because the Judge went forward without Jurisdiction and immediately left
himself LIABLE.
"We (judges) have no more right to decline the exercise of jurisdiction which
is given, than to usurp that which is not given. The one or the other would be
treason to the Constitution." Cohen v. Virginia, (1821), 6 Wheat. 264 and U.S.
v. Will, 499 U.S. 200."
