1st get the petition #2 off to theUS TaxCourt.gov so you can receive a Federal
Court Order stating the IRS hasLack of Jurisdiction. Make your copy with your
information justexactly like the John DoePetition example unlessyou wish to use
different years only.
Entering a Court on your own. No matter whatcourt you ever go into, 1st ask the
Court "Does this court haveJurisdiction over me" If they say yes, you ask "Can
you provethat".
If they continue forward and you knowthey do not have Jurisdiction you then
appeal the case. If they do not haveJurisdiction the Appeals Court will throw
the case out. Then you have a caseagainst the Judge for Treason if you wish.
Because the Judge went forwardwithout Jurisdiction and immediately left himself
LIABLE.
"We (judges) have no more right todecline the exercise of jurisdiction which is
given, than to usurp that whichis not given. The one or the other would be
treason to theConstitution." Cohen v. Virginia, (1821), 6 Wheat. 264and U.S.
