The CongressionalSession scheduled for June 11th will be a combination
live,physically attended session and a Live Video Conference over the internet
usingthe ZOOM.com system. The physical jointsession will meet in Keene,
Texas:

This will be the tenth session of the 26th Congress. This month we will again
start at 9:00AM with a non-denominational prayer session that is not available
on Zoom. Attendance is voluntary. We will commence theCongressional Session at
9:30 A.M. attending to our Congressional Agenda andthe business of the
legislature. Theagenda for this session is currently under development and
will be available ata later date. Upon completion of the agenda we will break
for lunch.
Returning from lunch we will start the Open Public Commentsession. We
currently have no guest speakersidentified. Should we not book anyguest
speakers we will consider either or both a social mixing opportunity and
Statusforms Q&A consulting session for those working on their Statuspaperwork.
This will be a live physically attended Session of Congressthat will also have
virtual attendance with ZOOM. The complete session including the OpenPublic
Comment Session will be available on ZOOM. However, should there be any
business thatrequires confidentiality for security purposes the ZOOM audio may
be silencedtemporarily during such discussion.
