blank. I think the Recorders office failed to notify the various agencies

SENDER, MAIL FRAUD, USC Title 18, Sec 1341, 1342, then send it back.
Reading the Dissolve the debt manual, I may start that process and do AFV
on these letters. Have you done that ?

Your right! I've not gone to the Supreme Court directly as I petition the
United States and thereby get the Supreme Court, Congress, and executive
branch. All wrapped into one. Plus, I can use the executive. Branch before
the petition is filed and to enforce the pirates to stop and DOJ to
investigate evidence that will be needed later. No the Supreme Court is
only a portion of the United States that works for me!

and delays of my approach was not the method but rather circumstances of
