Your right! I've not gone to the Supreme Court directly as I petition the
United States and thereby get the Supreme Court, Congress, and executive
branch. All wrapped into one. Plus, I can use the executive. Branch before
the petition is filed and to enforce the pirates to stop and DOJ to
investigate evidence that will be needed later. No the Supreme Court is
only a portion of the United States that works for me!
While on the subject, I've not tried the declaration of judgement that
Glenn mentioned from David straight. Anybody try it? My reasoning doubts it
works very well, but then till someone tries it.

by making them all pirates. After all they considered government in

fine and delays of my approach was not the method but rather circumstances
