I'll say this briefly as I've said it before and you do not understand
showing ignorance of the process to representing one as a private attorney. I
know very, very few that do. I told Nelson a year ago that I would not
represent him. Therefore, he did not give full details of what was going on.
If I knew it was a grand jury I would've signed the article 1817 statement
with him. That is a contract and gives me as a private prosecuting attorney
recognition and much more authority. And Nelson using an attorney did not
help nor his several weeks in confinement with no communications. All
barriers that delay the process and your not capable of understanding and
keep harping on Nelson. It also shows a bias of prejudice and hatred.
Three constitutions is old news. How about that the free States, original
states still exist that so called assemblies are trying to resurrect. Without
that knowledge ones approach is greatly hindered.
Your right! I've not gone to the Supreme Court directly as I petition the
United States and thereby get the Supreme Court, Congress, and executive
branch. All wrapped into one. Plus, I can use the executive. Branch before
the petition is filed and to enforce the pirates to stop and DOJ to
investigate evidence that will be needed later. No the Supreme Court is only
a portion of the United States that works for me!
While on the subject, I've not tried the declaration of judgement that Glenn
mentioned from David straight. Anybody try it? My reasoning doubts it works
very well, but then till someone tries it.
Furthermore did you take up my challenge to get someone out of jail? One
listener here has and notified me and wanted clarification of the process and
getting success. Great and she has more then one prisoner she wants to help.

done? Posted? that is old news. Get to work and get a non tax payer out of

This also is known by Clearfield Doctrine 1943 that States, "private

(states) are Privateering for the United States which can be sued do to our

privateers. The state's hire County privateers, etc.
That is the reason for the United States federal court of Claims. It states
above and deceptively that the Privateering corporations can sue and be
sued, damn hard to do. Because the privateers refuse to negotiate. There
contract with the United States may forbid it. Privateering codes indicate
this may be true. My experience indicates the same.
Rather history of Privateering is that one can go to the nation the
privateers fly under or are contracted to, to settle damages. Especially
American's who have a charter/constitution issue to petition
Congress/United States for a Cure.
National corporation exists in corporation D.C. and so I disagree with the
author that there is no national corporation. The national corporation
headquarters (D.C.) hires privateers to do its bidding. Those privateers
are the state of? Which has It's privateers, County of. It's the way the
constituition was structured from the get-go. I've already expressed my
opinion where the free States are: northwest ordinance, section 14. Very
powerful to use.
I think our forefathers were very clever in the designing of government by
making them all pirates. After all they considered government in relation
to man as a "necessary evil". We the period are so ignorant and read court
cases instead of the organic law.
This is the foundational principles of my approach to resolve issues.
Simply They are stopped in a couple of weeks or one can go to FBI OR SECRET
SERVICE. If one can negotiate restitution from the privateers they may.
Most will not, the reason to go to D.C. to resolve. Taxes included.
I should make an exception for property taxes as it can be stopped or
negotiated at local level. Liens of federal agencies or local on property
are also stopped at local level. Quite easy to do.
For those who are going to bring up Nelson. I will not discuss the case as
Nelson understands and that is all that matters. I'll say he is doing fine
and delays of my approach was not the method but rather circumstances of
communications, Nelson's confinement etc. He thanks all you for your

taxation. The Constitution states all taxes to be direct or indirect.
Pollack v farmers loans and trust case under justice John Marshall
validated that taxes were unlawful legislatively. The next day Congress
passed an amendment and the case was nullified. The bill of rights
supremacy is claiming one with the articles of confederation agreement
that is the supreme law, common law, trial by jury law. Otherwise the
second amendment will be hacked to pieces over time by the United States
