Charley,
I am confused about the Constitution and the Bill of Rights with regard to
territorial jurisdiction of the “federal” govt. did the Bill of Rights only
really apply initially to the 1;8;17 District plus forts etc? when the Land
had to be ceded by the state legislatures.
Did the War of 182 effect the 1783 Treaty of Peace, the Constitution, the Bill
of Rights in anyway at eh by the Treaty of Ghent??
Did Great Britain get their foot in the door again after War of 1812?
What about he original 13th amendment that had to do with Esquires and titles
of nobility?
The jurisdiction that the judges and courts are always attacking us with today
, was the jurisdiction of territorial courts always an issue, or was the BAR
initially barred from the land jurisdiction courts between 1783 and Marbury v
Madison/the Treaty of Ghent a little later??

That is good enough for me. Territorial rights was claimed by the northwest
ordinance via The United States of America so what does Britain have to claim
in America?
