I was wondering if it actually applies to you. The government misapplies codes
all the time as long as you go along with that. I have heard that some people
where able to beat their cases by just applying the defects in the process.
Just my thoughts.

Greetings Ocean City City Council,
i expect to speak at your Council meeting this Thursday, wearing my full free
speech prison uniform once again.
as you might observe in Sundays video, St. Peter's United Methodist Church has
hired a private security guard agency now to commit Commercial crime against me
instead of similar past actions of the Ocean City PD via Executive and Judicial
Branches color of law authority that i believe committed Commerical and
Constitutional crime against me
we are making progress with the OCPD finally leaving me alone for the most part.
In my opinion, the main culprits in this affair are Brian Roberts, current
District Superintendent for the Cape-Atlantic District, and John Schol, Bishop
for the Greater New Jersey Annual Conference located in Neptune New Jersey
representing the Church actors; and Dorothy McCrosson, Esq, Ron Gelzunas, Esq,
and Louis Belasco, Senior judge for the Municipal courts for Atlantic and Cape
May Counties representing the State actors.
I expected more faithfulness to truth and the American Way by that judge but
have been sorely disappointed in his actions against me, which may end up
proving to be criminal in nature.
if i live am privileged to survive a few more years, i hope that a peaceable
transition away from this communist-run BAR syndicate that many of us were and
are trapped by can be accomplished, and perhaps can be dismantled so we can
breathe freely once again.
This Thursday, i hope to begin the presentation of my proposal of how i can be
paid my full claim of excess of $100 million paper dollars for violation of the
NEW JERSEY CONSTITUTION of my inestimable privilege in worshipping Almighty God
in a manner according to the dictates of my own conscience without resorting to
bankrupting the Municipalities of Ocean City, North Wildwood and Wildwood Crest.
The first step i believe is to arrange a trade of the 8th Street parking lots
with the 11th and Ocean Avenue Soliel Project owners, securing that open space
there for posterity and eliminating the constant threat of such a large
building at 11th and Ocean, which the Planning Board was forced to allow to be
permitted, and that will likely only be constructed in a boom market with 50%
LTV.
As we all pretty much can deduce, a parking garage with 5 weeks of demand
yearly doesn't make much financial sense for OC taxpayers at 8th Street, the
Taxpayers who are in the parking lot business via the Ocean City Municipal
Corporation.
I am willing to loan some of my Claim Proceeds to fund the construction of a
large parking garage at 8th and the Boardwalk to start, and perhaps add-on the
111 three-bedroom condos at 8th St instead of 11th and Ocean, with the Soliel
builders taking care of all construction there at 8th and the Boardwalk.
My final proposal can hopefully satisfy all the Stakeholders below in our
mutual $100+ Million Dilemma.

support for paying my Claim and simultaneously cure several seen and unseen and
unmet needs of Ocean City in a manner that reduces the Pain of the cost of
settling the egregious crimes committed against me, which to date are being
politically buried by judge Mendez and the Cape May County Prosecutors Office.
If we do not arrive at a settlement acceptable to all by Rosh Hashanah, i must
conclude the City of Ocean City has no intention of doing the right thing and i
must then Move to Claim all Municipal Property before February of 2022 that is
not nailed down in a Court of Competent Jurisdiction.
That process may take 10 or 20 years, but if that is necessary, so be it.
