To All Whom This Concerns:
Why is the Oath of Allegiance that the Mayor, the City Solicitor and the
Chief of Police for the City of Ocean City that conducted arrests and
charging for trespassing and imprisonment etc against me in the free
exercise of religion an Oath subscribed to the Constitution fo the United
States, and not the Constitution of the Unites States of America?
Same question for all Councils and Mayors.
What Government is acting against me in all of these instances?
Why has the City Solicitor for Ocean City acted in her Office for ocean
City while completely un-oathed for over seven years?
Whose responsibility is it to make sure that public servants are sworn and
subscribed properly under the law of the New Jersey Legislature? The City
Council? Probably.
Below is a quote from a United States Supreme Court Justice with some die
comments from 1901…………….
