May I suggest we move one more level up in assessing right or wrong and justice?
Most Americans are taught a fundamental morality of absolute right and
wrong?Most Americans are taught their is truth and everything else besides
truth.
Progressive Elites subscribe to a reality where truth is "flexible" and
"malleable".Progressive Educated Elites, especially judges and lawyers,
subscribe to a
morality of "plausible deniability", Ergo, if you can't prove they did it, they
didn't do it.
Where as most American's are predisposed to know right from wrong, and usually
actfrom a desire to do right and avoid doing wrong, Progressive Elites do not...
Progressives (Social Darwinists) subscribe to "Survival of the Fittest". They
believe
themselves to be superior to the rest of us. They believe the wealthy have the
rightto exploit the allegedly ignorant masses.
To Wit, Progressive Elites are predisposed to thinking in terms of "what they
can get
away with" to benefit themselves, and not in terms of right and wrong...
That leaves us average Americans at distinct disadvantage, especially since
Progressive Elites have the masses in the morality of absolutely right and
wrong,while they secretly subscribe to a morality of "Plausible Deniablity".
Those were my thoughts.

How the law (if not politburo?) doesn't get things right, (just) otherwise, to
do with what we should be exposed to if not to the choice/s that matter if not
matter most in such respect (to someone calling me cracked or a goof, when if
not where I find them to be the, criminal if not, fundamental abuser?.:).
Demands more as far as ascertaining the "evidence" goes, (encompassing
forensics, and greater social co-operation as manifest in my/our being here and
supporting "communication," in all its ways or, languages, etc.) how useless
(if not detrimental ~ just to be nice) a legal and justice system is, otherwise.
Try to be more reasonable in such respect?. Here me out or, get what you
deserve.. .
Beware the "politburo" (of politics, if not the law...) that tries to describe
and define everything, (that we can do, willfully misunderstanding and
misrepresenting as much as it does) otherwise, how it does, operates if not
tries to, of censorship and abuse if not what is "fundamental" to [our] abuse,
abusiveness and injustice.
Or what? Just don't mess with me if not us in such respect, of the, So,
reasonable.. . I figure we're cracked, if not worse, otherwise, and behave,
accordingly, for what as much is worth if not is and does, of such, else, of,
but what else if not, best -- ain't no question for me, alone, as So alone if
not just, Etc.
I figure you/we just might get It in such respect, but how else

Real, meaningful justice shouldn't (and doesn't) make you a "victim," twice, as
is too often the case. The law does not serve justice, primarily (but it's
political masters, as the situation in Quebec, etc., makes very clear to me)
whatever "breaking the law" means or, too often means in such respect.
You might be right about the "law," Robbie11, (as crazy or complicated and
illogical as it too often is, for "reason" to prevail. Like, we can "know" the
law. What actual BS) in such respect, how little I care or we should should
care about the law, otherwise, of, So actually serving "justice," yes.
Oh, and I find the legal, "lies," and shuts people up, (if not merely for their
own) a plenty (somewhat inherent to its method, if not orientation, if not
also, of illusion) how that can't be right, which implicates it as, somewhat,
fundamentally abusive (if not part of the problem, relative to being more
reasonable) than serving actual justice should, and does, in practice.
I have discovered what is better than the "law," if not what is or, should be
fundamental to it (as to, good behavior) in such respect, of understanding
more, but how else. Of such, evidence if not reasoning, am I.

You mean "legal" (political?) system. Canada's largest school board doesn't
seem to understand the indispensable role of defence lawyers in our legal
system -- makes more sense to actual "justice" being served as far as I'm
concerned. I get the distinction, if not to reading between the lines, etc..
