they can join instead of tearing up this one. Not only do I wish they go
there, they can even open a room of their own. Furthermore, they can go
find a place to live up to their ideas and ideals and leave the rest of
us alone with their self-inflicted drama and nonsense.
The problem is anonymity; they get to sit at a computer and create havoc
for others without any consequence or recourse. As long as they're able
to do that, your room will continue to get torn up with their mess.

I do not agree with anything under the Uniform Commercial Code, mostly
because I have not seen any proven results, and it is international law.
My opinion, it is unproven theories, but everybody is entitled to their
opinion, therefore I tolerate it, and if anyone can provide some proven
procedures that work every time, I too may be interested. So far all I
have seen is unproven theories.
I do not want to see anything that is patently false, but many times it
is up to your own opinion as to whether it is false.

This is YOUR playground and you don't seem to want to eject those most

If you don't want to correct this by removing those who want to continue
