entire system being highly compartmentalised to the point where even the people
working in/for the system have no idea what the correct answers are or that the
«policy» for questions that they ask may end up being changed by the
administration depending on who is running/commanding the administration.
For the sake of helping everyone better-comprehend how and why this is the
case, a long time ago, I received various types of «psychic» blue-prints as to
how to completely destroy and decimate the whole entire world and all
life-forms on it in such a manner that the «source» of how/why the destruction
that would occur cannot be traced back to its origin-point (or even if any
source-documentation was found by anybody who managed to put together all of
the pieces of the physical 5-D Chess jig-saw-puzzle, even IF they could destroy
the already-set-by-precedent-chain-of-command of the documents, they still
could not guarantee that there still would not be a repeat of the same thing
happening in the future over time in the MINDS of future-generations [the only
way this can be done is via the implementation of mental-fortification
rehabilitation-programmes on a world-wide basis that teach people how to keep
their thoughts & emotions under control so that they don't so easily fall prey
to a subjugation of the mind that makes people act in peace-disturbing
offensive manners... this reference to subjugation of the mind may have
historically been called spirit-possession or demonic-possession such as how
someone drunk on alcohol may act in a rather «out of control» manner]). The
word «spirits» also refers to alcoholic drinks so the word/term «spirit» is not
entirely in the realm/domain of religion.
What was the logic/reasoning as to how/why/when such a thing could be
accomplished ? Via high-level compartmentalisation, such that nobody of mere
average intellect could figure out that these compartments were designed to
hide the true intend/design behind the weapons that would be funded & built by
this world of filthy & unworthy sinners who all deserved to die, knowing that,
just as long as a «multi-generation system» was in place that, when convenient,
the «key puppets» who could/would then be used (then discarded afterwards after
they had served their purpose) could later on eventually be brought into
«control» of any of these multitudes of various systems capable of
mass-destruction. The more «confusion» amongst the general-public
populace/population, the better, for then the continued implementation and
integration of the highly destructive (yet presented to the public in the guise
of being for the good and benefit of all of society/humanity) systems and tools
could then continue to be developed and set in place since it would be easier
and easier to clandestinely convince future «administrators» to change policies
designed for their own destruction due to the «dumbing down of education»
though they would know it not.
Out of ALL of this, how-ever, does exist ONE particular «Master-Mind» behind it
ALL (God Himself), and, unfortunately, God is the ONE «opponent» whom it is
absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to «win» against. For those of you who are off-put by the
word or name of God, let me just say that it's merely the English-language
«Archaic» word for what I might refer to in modern-day terms as a or the
«Life-System-Regulator» (like a Super-Quantum-Computer) that knows all and sees
all, and is EXACT in its «implementation» the «Law of Equal Return» (i.e.: what
goes around comes around, what you do unto others will be done unto you, all
will reap what they sow, for every action there is an equal and opposite
reaction, karmic-law, etc).
How and why can this be so ? Consider what a compact-disc is made of and
constructed from... that is really nothing more than a flat piece of plastic or
a thin slice of crystal to be more specific, yet, that extremely tiny piece of
physical-material can store literally hundreds if not thousands of hours worth
of video-footage (or at least maybe an hour or two if using the less-advanced
versions of technology for being able to be replayed in a CD or DVD-player). If
such a tiny amount of physical-material is capable of storing that much
information, then, consider, the fact that you have your own
bio-electro-magnetic-field with your own unique quantum-frequency signature (I
am really trying to simply the concept/s of what I know since I am not entirely
sure how to translate all of it from the combination of my pre-earth-life and
outside-this-universe memories/experiences about the secrets behind our
life-systems into physical-world language), and how much more «information» can
be stored about all of (y)our past
actions/activities/experiences/decisions/etc., and therein you end up with what
the Mystics of Ancient times may have referred to as some sort of Eternal
Book-of-Life [Spiritual] Records, some even refer to a thing known as the
Akashic-Records, and, thus, explaining how/why this «Super-Quantum-Computer
Mind» (i.e. : God) is able to literally keep track of everyone at all times and
in all locations in order to «collect karmic-debts» when least expected
so-to-speak.
Even with my intellectual-capabilities, this stuff even hurts my head, and so I
am going to stop here and just reference a link written by The Messiah called
the NATIONAL SECURITY ALERT Document written for ALL
nations/countries/governments/etc. Feel free to forward both what I have
written here as well as the following link so that government-officials and
systems-workers world-wide can essentially «get the memo» that the entire world
will need in order to once-and-for-all be able to move forward with «sin-free
wisdom» that allows all of humanity to move forward, permanently end all wars,
create abundant wealth and prosperity for all and ultimately resulting in the
end of all crimes, all diseases becoming nothing more than a thing of the past,
etc., etc.

America? But on the DS-11 you would have to check YES to citizenship and
provide the number.
The answer should be the same. NO...as LONG AS that "person" does NOT work for
the government the "rule" of being able to work for a living applies...no
"number" is needed.
The same is true IF you were born on a military post or on any place that is
owned by the US government...including embassy's and ports.
