whats the SSA Letter you are saying don't forget.. what do you need that for?
Also did you mail in your passpot app? or did you take it into a passport
office.... not the post office.
i need to ammend mine.. as it i not the state one... and i dont want to send it
in the mail.......its my only ID.....!
Also aren't the Passport Offices still closed? or on back order like other
gov. services.... because of Covid??

Also, on the ds11 they ask if you were born in a country other than the United
states where was it? I believe you should write in the State you were born in.
Each state is actually a country.
Also, above the ss number write "for information only."

provide the number.
The answer should be the same. NO...as LONG AS that "person" does NOT work for
the government the "rule" of being able to work for a living applies...no
"number" is needed.
The same is true IF you were born on a military post or on any place that is
owned by the US government...including embassy's and ports.
