citizenship and provide the number.
The answer should be the same. NO...as LONG AS that "person" does NOT
work for the government the "rule" of being able to work for a living
applies...no "number" is needed.
The same is true IF you were born on a military post or on any place
that is owned by the US government...including embassy's and ports.
