David straight: I've seen two parts of his brain. The video published which

one point about court of record (not registering) one's name and then use codes
to win a case.
His otherside I've had sent to me from people who bought his program at $100 a
and now sold for $3000; I'm told. The bought program has the United Stares
court of federal claims. Two short paragraphs and property tax documents and
it's over. This is the direction my research has lead me.
The difference between the two systems? If one wants paperwork perfect and win
or just want to settle the case is the difference. To me, I look at the latter
because It is easy to learn and teach. Still looking to see the video your
sending. There probably is a place for both sides but not that learnt yet to
speak of that difference.

I understand registering (not trade mark) your name ad as effective as
a DBA which is registering your name. It is very effective with traffic

Why would you get a new one?? The government already gave you
one. It’s your all caps legal name. Your Christian Common law
name is your name with all lowercase letters with first
letters capital as it is a Pronoun. If they spell your
Christian name any different you have them correct the record
or it doesn’t apply to you. Even if it’s one letter off.

Changing your legal name is incorrect and unnecessary. The
only thing you need to do is register your legal name with
your State secretary (go to website). Then go into the bank
and open a business bank account. Now your legal to do
business, now you have standing, now you have the right to
sue and be sued.... you have the unlimited right to contract
with whomever you want, Now you have the right to apply for
the PPP business grants the government is giving out. There
is no other step needed in order to become a legal business
entity with your name.
