I have studied trust law for many years. I have always believed that I was the
beneficiary to the trust. I recently realized that I do not want to be the
beneficiary. The beneficiary is always the trust itself. The trustee is the
one that controls the trust. When you assign that position to the judge, than
he will just say, ok then pay the bill to the trust. If I am the trustee then I
get to say what goes in or out of the trust.
