another. As in brand name protected.
Government is all about contracts. Government creates a fictitious name/aimed
Name and encourages you to say that you own it or responsible for that
corporation name. It looks like you so it might be mine?
Government can sue a trade name, but cannot sue your DBA if one owns it.
Minnesota registering a DBA use to be done on line and figure they are closing
that avenue now also. Not sure how yet. But I guess they will encourage you to
claim it and one will have to get a trade so no one else can use it. Then one
has to remember trusts can have all the same name and your BC is a trust. In
short government will use anything to fool the majority.
The general courts are now ignoring the constitution. Never hear that thirty
years ago. Common occurrence now. United States District Court I've not decided
effectiveness. Attorney General with many more claims are rejecting claims.
State Supreme Court is original court for free citizen state and state
goverment issues. Redess of Congress/government is the United States Court of
Federal claims. Of course most non-sense I see in claiming ones position would
not survive in any court. You must really know who you are and why. It's about
the constitution and your position to that document.
I lean to just use article 1817 statement or simply write no contract. If one
wants trespass damages then must go to the upper courts.
They will often send you the rules of ther court and you owe money. Ignore as
they are just testing if you know who you are.
As liberty gets stronger the different agencies are denying to see if you know
where to go. Appears they are changing the rules but that is not really so from
a constitutional perspective. The constitution only talks of redress and
supreme court. The others are as Congress decides but has nothing to do with
free citizens.

Lawyer is correct. If you want protection it comes from title 9 sections 1
through 4, and title 15, the Lanham act provides remedies and protections.
But you must be operating in commerce and have goods and services. It helps
to have a registered trademark, but a common law trademark will also suffice.
Read title nine sections one through four and you'll see what the
requirements are.
