to? and if you did use a 1099ayou have to use a 1096 cover sheet mailed to 
KansasCity and then where do you send the Notice of defaultof the CA? hummmm??? 
  so if you do a complete CA,then your only remedy for $$ is to make a 
collectioncontract with the IRS and let them lien the Cityfor 35% fee...gb
