party contract. Between the account holder the bank and myself. And
nowhere on the contract is a fee mentioned. If I deposit it in my

This is a matter of principle to me and I'd like to know if I should
pursue it. I talked to the manager and his supervisor and got nowhere. If
anyone has an opinion as to why or why not to pursue this I would
appreciate it. I don't want to start if it has no chance of success
because of legal precedent. Or established rules.
