What is a statute? It is a policy just as an insurance policy. If you do not
want an insurance policy, you do not agree to it. Only the natural things are
law, these are set in stone. There is not any law that tells you that you must
abide by some one else's rules or desires. If your next door neighbor tells you
that you must wear a certain color shirt to please him, would you comply? By
what authority does anyone have to order other people to do anything. The
presidential executive orders only apply to Washington DC and its territories
and not the general public. The people have freedoms that cannot be taken away
with out their consent. It is common sense.

Hello Don. As John commented, this sounds intriguing. So may I ask you to
share the docs you have? Being a newbie, I am compiling docs for my library and
do not have what you seek. I appreciate your willingness to share. Seeker

Ask nicely, and I might give you boilerplate interlocking Request for

crazy....
