Just keep in mind that in the «Legalese» language, the word «understand»
/actually means/ «contract» (and the word «agree» or «agreement» are
also equivalent to the word : contract). I won't go into further detail
about this at this time as I «trust» that you are capable of
self-learning and doing your homework/research/due-diligence regarding
these words and their meanings/definitions/implications/etc.
