about all states but I have heard that you can request a copy of the said
officials oath from the Secretary of State. I have been able to get a copy
from the SOS of Missouri I don't know about the other states I have not
tried. I don't think they send any info about the issuer of the bond
itself with that but that may be the next thing I investigate personally as
I have a case going in Missouri if I find out further information I will
share with all.

Timothy one option you might try is to send it to each of the main
bonding companies used for these purposes. There are three main ones
across the country for Judges and about four for the Attorneys you can get
their information and send a copy of the bar complaint to them and one of
them is most likely the one that holds the bond for that "official" and
you
can then have the claim placed right there. If they are not the one they
may be able to tell you who is. Of course there are smaller places in
each
area who offer them but in my experience the "officials" go with the easy
and most common ones as they have cheaper rates due to volume of business.

Issue I’m finding with BAR complaints is it’s not doing anything in
Oklahoma. Want to send the Complaints and unrebutted affidavit and soon
Commercial Liens to their bonding company to file a claim cause they

bond with secretary of State. I assume Public Servants and attorneys are

malpractice bonding company and the policy number of the bond and, if

corporate and limited liability insurance fraud (15 USC) and is prim a
facie evidence and grounds to impose a lien upon the official personally
to
secure their public oath and service of office
