Personal opinion. Anyone who goes to their corporate court has reduced
their survival rate to less then 90%. Trickery of words or playing
ignorant never cuts it or play on words as the judge will eat you up. That
is my first doubt and lack of faith. It's their corporate court and the
judge gets two percent of the sum to the court. So if the court will be
paid 40 million for a prisoner(i do not know the rate). The judge gets 2%
and prosecuting attorney 1% and often the defendant attorney will get a tip
(per David Straight). Anybody who has got one out of prison knows that a
haebeaus corpus works less then 1% of the time. To stay out of prison is
not much better. I know IRS is glad to let you go and come back later when
they have much more too gain or for you to lose. He said he kept them from
prison. I ask how many feel they can duplicate the system when repenting
yourself?
Personally my research leaves me with no faith.
I suggest one sit down now and gather documentation of money paid to IRS
over as many years one can produce. Stuff in envelope with the statement of
article 1817 and claim fraud was committed and you want the money back.
Sending it to the United States Court of federal claims. Now your not
waiting for a court summons but being proactive on the situation. When
Ruled in your favor you know your safe. Then get your documentation filed
that your a foreigner with IRS and proper form. To give employer. All done
without any risk of being in court or going to jail. Your choice and risk
to choose by faith/trust.
