I've thought on this a long time and offered some thoughts but here is my
answer.
Is it a warrant or order? Warrant will require arraignment or in jail till
trial. Order is a demand to do something or a warrant may come. I would
think a order but who knows?
Article 4 of the articles of confederation maybe in affect. We all need to
remember that our actions require the ability to convince a jury of twelve
or twenty some grand jury that we were right. If one cannot do it; a
Problem exists to the man or citizen. Does one want to go there? As it
requires time and effort. Would my targets be better spent on other
projects.
It is private property and they are not following the rules of the
organization. So you say, but those rules are a contract. Both parties
signed or verbally agreed to. It seems to me if they do not abide by
contract and will not negotiate a solution. One would take them to court to
honor their contract. To pay a financial claim of injury. Requiring one to
convince the jury of free citizens or citizens that the contract was
violated. One could ask for the church for a trial, as the scriptures, I
believe require. The sad part is I've never heard of an honest trial by a
church for its protecting themselves. Otherwise, one could take them to
citizen or free citizen court. (I would just move on but every man
according to his conscience.) Common law is all about contracts. Written
or the unwritten; the conscience amongst men of the jury deciding finally.

being served by a county court today with some sort of "order" and will
advise everyone for comment and suggestion on how to proceed with this
Subday, possible arrest by county sheriff
