I have never seen any one claim they own me. You missed the point. A
description of a tree is not the tree. They patent and copy write their
description of the real, it is not the same thing. That is the point i was
making. It is a one trick pony. They do that all the time in commerce. They
create a fiction like their description of the soil for example and then call
it the legal description of land. Land is just a description of the soil not
the soil itself. A vehicle is the description of the conveyance, not the
conveyance itself. For sure that is what they are going to attempt to do to the
unaware, even though they will not come right out and say that. They use that
one trick pony everyday in commerce. No one seems to notice.
