I notice in your last few postings that you added a second Article to the 1817
statement, could you explain why you added it…………… seems like I read in one of
your postings a while ago that it was added because it strengthens the
statement? I have been trying to read some of your older postings but not
finding it.
I also notice two different Articles in postings, is this a typo? Article 1,
paragraph 1 doesn’t belong in this statement, correct?
