Hello Shen,

Thank you for the information.

I am using Outlook at this time, however, in some ways I like Outlook
Express better.

I try to use Outlook as much as possible as I am in the process of
looking for a job, and most companies use Outlook.

Best regards,

Ila

Hello Ila,
I will answer both your questions in this email.
If you have found the answers already, please disregard this message.

I'm not certain what you meant by copying the web address to Windows
Explorer. If you mean copying the address and put it as text somewhere
such as an
email, then you can do the following:
1. Open the website where you want to copy the address.
2. press alt-D. This will put focus on the address bar of the window,
and
also highlight the address.
3. Copy it to your clipboard using CTRL-C. You can then paste it
anywhere
by using the paste command, CTRL-V.

If you want to save the web address as a bookmar, which is also known as
a
favorite, do the following:
1. Open the website where you want to save.
2. Press CTRL-D, and the address will automatically be saved into your
favorites.

Here is the answer for your Outlook question.
I am going to assume you are using Outlook Express, and not Microsoft
Outlook. 1. Open Outlook Express. 2. Open the Tools menu by pressing
Alt-T, and the Options dialogue box by
pressing O.
3. Press tab until you come across a checkbox that says, "check for mail

every." If this checkbox is not checked, Outlook Express will not check
your emails at regular intervals. Since you want to change the time
between
intervals, I will assume the checkbox is checked.
4. Press tab one more time, and you will be at a scroll bar. This scroll

bar defines how long Outlook Express waits before checking your emails.
It
is defined by minutes, and you can change it by using the up and down
arrows keys.

Hope this helps.
Shen
