(This is the same announcement I made at rehearsal tonight, so if you were
there you’ve already heard this.)
For those members who didn’t perform with us last spring or summer, ACWE
purchases polo shirts for members to wear at outdoor performances, particularly
those at which we want to look organized and somewhat semi-professional (TCMF,
Fourth of July, etc).
Each member’s first shirt is paid for by their dues, so if you have paid your
dues this year you are eligible for a shirt. If you did get a shirt last
year—or if you’re new and want a second shirt--you’re welcome to order extras,
but you’ll have to pay for them. Additional shirts are $14.
If you’re planning to play at TCMF or at the Fourth of July performance, you
need to order a shirt this season. I’ll have a sign-up sheet at rehearsal, or
you can email me directly with your name, section, and shirt size. (Please
specify men’s or women’s sizing, and note that the shirts do tend to run a
little large. We have a few extras that you can check out for sizing if you
would like, but you’ll have to come to rehearsal to do so.) We’ll be placing
the ACWE order in the few weeks, so you should sign up soon.
