Hi Mary -
Yes, I am in the same position as Linda - and I do not automatically get the 
announcements early (since I always forget to pay my dues, I guess!) - so if 
you could e-mail us early next year we can try to put something together for 
next year.

Hi Mary,

The timeframe is a bit short and the distance a bit too far for me this year.  
It would serve as a great reminder if we could be emailed the early part of 
next year as to the next conference (dates and location), so we can plan out 
our year.
