well I think if I can see it first, I might be better
able to suggest how to fix it so maybe it will help
you in the future, but without actually being sure of
what is going on, it is hard to prescribe a fix.

To zip the web into a file, just try this ( this
assumes you are using Windows XP, and if not, these
instructions may not work as stated but can still be
done, will just need to re think the process)...

Open the folder that contains the folder for your ESVI
web. Don't go into the ESVI web folder, just get to
where you can see the ESVI folder that has the little
globe on it.

Next just Right Click on that folder and in the menu
that pops up, move the mouse to the Send To option
then in the sub menu that pops up, choose Compressed
(zipped) Folder. It will create a zip file using the
name of the folder (ie ESVI.zip)and will leave it in
the same folder you are currently in.

So from there, just open your mail program, attach the
ESVI.zip file and send it. I can then open it here
and look at your files and web structure.

Hope this helps.
