I'm sorry but I don't know how to zip.  The more I try to learn, the more 
overwhelming the information out there to learn seems to be.  Describe the 
steps and I'll be happy to send it to you to try to fix it.  I appreciate your 
help.  Also, if you can help suggest where I should look to find out how to 
solve this problem I'll try it.  I tried right clicking in the area and all I 
get is the border properties which shows where the border is on the page(ie 
top) and the color.  Thanks

If you can "zip" the folder that your web is in and
then attach it and send it to me, I will look at the
problem.  I still think it is that you have a banner
applied to the nav or shared borders section.
